Terms and Conditions

By booking or taking part in any diving activity, course, rental or excursion offered by this Atlantic dive base, you agree to the terms set out here. All participants must provide accurate information about their certification level, diving history and medical fitness, and must disclose any condition that could affect safety in the water; the base reserves the right to decline or modify any activity where information is incomplete, where conditions are unsafe, or where a diver's competence does not match the demands of a chosen site. Diving is an activity that carries inherent risks, and participants accept those risks voluntarily while agreeing to follow all briefings, safety procedures and the reasonable instructions of guides and instructors at all times. Bookings are confirmed once agreed, and cancellation, rescheduling or refund arrangements follow the schedule communicated at the time of reservation; outings affected by weather, swell, poor visibility or other safety factors may be postponed or adapted at the discretion of the team, with the priority always being the wellbeing of divers rather than adherence to a fixed plan. Rental equipment remains the property of the base and must be returned in good condition, with the hirer responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse or negligence. Guests are expected to respect the marine environment, other divers and local regulations, and to avoid any conduct that endangers themselves or others. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Spanish law, the base and its staff accept no liability for loss, injury or damage arising from a participant's failure to observe instructions, misrepresentation of their ability or fitness, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the version in force at the date of your activity.
